Research Interests

Fluid mechanics, microfluidics, complex fluids.  Current interests include developing lab on a chip devices using liquid droplets to carry samples, studying the influence of surfactants on the dynamics of fluid interfaces, and using flow and microscale confinement to control the organization of complex molecules into ordered microstructures.
